Official monthly statements are available only as PDF Outside the Statements page, Citibank (Citi) Online may let you download recent transaction activity as CSV, QFX, or QBO, but that's raw activity history rather than the formatted monthly statement, and availability varies by account type. Statements older than the most recent 24 months can be requested online and are typically ready within 24 to 48 hours, then stay available online for a limited time after that. Converting the PDF is the most reliable way to get a full, formatted statement into a clean spreadsheet.
Does Docubrew handle Citibank's separate Amount Subtracted and Amount Added columns?
Yes. Citibank statements list debits and credits in two distinct columns rather than one signed amount, and the running balance isn't printed after every transaction. Convert PDF Statement preserves the Amount Subtracted and Amount Added columns exactly as they appear, correctly classified, and extracts the balance only where Citibank actually printed one on the statement rather than estimating the missing values, so you're not stuck manually reconciling gaps in the balance column.

If you would rather work in a spreadsheet first, take the Excel workbook. Either way it is a clean import, not a live connection, so you stay in control of what goes into the books.
